I cannot even explain how much of a positive impact she has had on my life. She is always supportive and encouraging and really listens to your goals. My mindset has completely shifted. The person I was, even a year ago, would always lose motivation after a month and fall into that cycle of stopping and starting. You're a fountain of knowledge and I've really enjoyed learning more about the mechanics of an exercise and fitness as a whole during the sessions. I'm not sure how much more support you could give if I'm honest! You've been great, I wish we'd found you as a PT earlier!
